As a result, my wonderful apartment in Midtown is standing empty and alone. So, I’ve decided to offer it for a 3 month (possibly longer) sublet. It is fully furnished, and has pretty much anything you would need to live. I guess it would be almost more like a hotel situation than a typical sublet. Details: * 650 square feet * Junior one-bedroom * wood floors * double bed with linens * great closets * tiny but serviceable kitchen, better suited for warmups than full-out cooking * includes high speed internet, 32” HD TV, cable, DVR, and HBO * use of iMAC (bring your own hard drive) * Landmark elevator building near UN w/ 24 hr doorman * 5 min walk to Grand Central * 5th floor with huge window, great light, and great view. Do you know someone who may be interested? Perhaps someone who is just moving to the city and wants a turnkey place to live for a while. Rent is $3000 a month or best offer.
