Well dip me in dog shit… Did… Did Sega actually listen to the feedack?
I’m a huge Sonic fan (hence the name, for those of you that don’t know), but even I was massively disappointed with Sonic ‘06, and was fairly disappointed with Sonic and the Secret Rings.
Response to Sonic ‘06 was overwhelmingly negative, and there is plenty of evidence online to indicate that. It seems that Sega may have, for once, listened to its audience and seem to be taking the series in the direction that many have been calling for for years…
If this early demo footage is anything to go by, Sonic Unleashed should be a damn sight more fun than the at times unplayable Sonic ‘06. Let’s just hope that Sonic Team don’t see fit to employ yet more ancillary characters (or terrible voice actors) to relay the story through…
